Most late model vehs go about 60k miles before needing plugs, that's when I plan to throw a set in...
I may take a hit for this, but....I wouldn't run any plug except for the original manufacture, and part number. A lot of new engines are real picky about their plugs and a cross-over set from another manufacture might give you issues.

Unless you have installed a supercharger or turbo there is no need to change the stock plugs until you pass 100K miles.
sorry dude no offence but you need to do your homework.100k with the same spark plugs good luck to you.LOUFISH is right late model cars and trucks are desinged and toned to run perfect with certain parts like spark plugs exet.if you put diferent plugs it may run crappy.i have a maintenace agreement plan with nissan where they change my oil and filters and tire rotation and everything else and they change my plugs every 30k miles.

Makes sense to just pull, reapply anti-seize and put back in. But since the main thing is your time and the cost of the plugs are minimal, I'll probably put new ones in at the time.
We've come a long way since the muscle car era when high compression carbureted engines with hot cams would foul the plugs every few weeks if you drove it under light load, like around town. This required that the engine be put under load to "blow out the carbon" and then pull, clean and regap the plugs. And even with all that you had to replace the plugs completely every 5,000 miles or less.
I miss those days in many ways, but messing with spark plugs is NOT one of them!

No offence taken. And if you would take the time to read the Nissan Service and Maintenance Guide in the glove box of your truck you would see that the spark plugs aren't scheduled to be changed until the 105,000 mile checkup. No offence ment, but it wouldn't hurt for you to do your homework.

It isn't a matter of who did, or didn't do their "homework"
Factory specs say the spark plugs aren't "scheduled" to be replaced until about 100k...but history is on my side, as a professional auto mechanic most "100k" plugs don't make the full trip. I usually replace them after the very first one starts to mis-fire.
About the anti-seize.... use very little, to much and it can run down the threads to the electrode area, and can also affect the heat transfer from plug to cyl head...

Nissan uses NGK Platinum plugs. They are good plugs and I have seen them last well over 100k. It's up to the owner when they want to change them. Nothing wrong with throwing new ones in @ 60k-100k. And you shouldn't have to use anti-seize due to the coils keeping dirt and moisture out. Not saying it's a bad idea. Anti-seize is my best friend. I use it every day. Again, up to the owner.
replaced mine at 16,000 with ngk iridium. pretty easy to take out and reinstall. i changed mine to a colder range with the supercharger, cant post if it made it run any better because theres a supercharger sittin on the top...lol...lol

The chances are great that the "E-Plug" will fall into the category of malarkey along with the "Tornado". Of course, enough people will fall for it hook, line and sinker to make it a successful product. It's been rumored that I too have fallen for gimmicks over the years, however, I will not conferm nor deny those reports........OK, I admit it ....I bought a Tornado, tested it for a little over 6k miles and returned it to AutoZone after finding that it's claims to be lies, all lies.
