I decided on a roll up tonneau to cover by bed and narrowed down my choices between the Truxedo Low Pro and the Access. Both brands had models for the Utilitrack system and both offered a lifetime warranty. Since I don't want to drill holes in my bed, and no other bed accessories are installed, it makes perfect sense for me to utilize the already installed Utiltrack system.
I stopped in to the local truck accessory store to look at the Access tonneau. Looking at the installation instructions provided for the Utilitrack model, there is nothing about the Access that utilizes any of the Utilitrack except that the tonneaus frame rests on top of the track.
Drilling into the bed is still required to install the Access, according to the installation instructions. I don't know what the distinction is between a Utilitrack model vs. a non Utilitrack model except that maybe the tonneau frame is a different profile.
The Truxedo is a clever design in that it's clamping system is designed where the back clamp when set sideways slides perfectly into the Utilitrack rail and no drilling is required.
With both offering a lifetime warranty, the Truxedo was a no brainer for a roll up solution.
The first accessory store wanted $485 for the Truxedo low profile, the second place I visited offered it for $375 up front price, which beats many web prices I have seen. It does pay to shop around. I look forward to installing it next week when it comes in.

WANTING TO SELL: bed extender adapter for tonneau covers (i.e. Truxedo)
I just installed my Truxedo Lo Profile as well. $335 from truckmod.com. I love it! I was so excited about installing it, I forgot to install the cleats on the Utilitracks before I installed it. Of course, I had to uninstall and reinstall the cover all over again!

The Truxedo Lo Pro finally arrived today and I decided to install it myself. Pretty easy install. One thing I did notice was that the bottom edge of the Truxedo frame, which rests on top of the Utilitrack rails, creeked and squeeked when the rail was bumped or twisted lightly after mounting. After fiddling around with the bracket mount positions, I finally went out to the hardware store and bought 3/8" wide rubber weather stripping and stuck it to the bottom of the track, rather than on top of the Utilitrack. This took care of the noises and provides an additional seal.

Thanks for that heads up Muskyhunter. My lo-pro will be here on Monday. I'll make sure and get the weather stripping before hand. That squeaking would make me crazy...
I have the access cover and really like it, I don't know much about the utilitrack system cause my titan doesn't have it, but the install was hella easy on a titan without the utilitrack system. The only reason I went with the access cover is because I had one on my 2002 GMC extended cab, and my parents have on on their 05 denali crew and in my opininon they have a better look then the truxedo my father in law has on his 04 gmc xcab, his is saggy and doesn't fit well, plus I don't like how they have a squared back end on them where the access has an angled ending. Good luck with the covers, I just thought I would add some bias to the equation. No matter what the truck will look good cause it is a Nissan.
Just installed my Lo Pro and love it. The fit and finish are perfect and I really like the looks.

I have had the Access cover for over a year now. Love it, still looks like new. Would buy again in a heartbeat. Reasonable too: around $400 installed, including tailgate gasket.
BTW, Access can be installed by drilling/screwing into the bed sides (which is what I did, no big deal to me, don't intend to ever take the cover off again), or by clamping to the Utilitrack rails.

I have the access cover and really like it. I called the company and they said I'd have to drill to install with the track. Not wanting to do drill holes in my truck, I modified the clamps. Works great and I have no holes!

Did you mean $377? That is the price that I saw on truckmod.com. Also is this the best price cause im getting one.
rvandam, what did you get for a tailgate gasket? Was there a prefab accessory available and do you have a pic of how they installed it?
