Chrome Tow Hooks installed

I bought a set off ebay for $45 shipped. Had to buy the bolts at Lowes for about $5. I am so glad to fill up those gapping holes on the front of my truck. Install was pretty easy and the hooks look great.

Re: Chrome Tow Hooks installed

No problem!

7/16-14 X 2 Be sure to get Grade 8 bolts and of course you will need four of them.
Good luck.

Re: Chrome Tow Hooks installed

I am confused...how are these different from the stock ones? Shouldnt the stock bolts swap over?

He said he was happy to fill the gaping holes. Perhaps there were no factory tow hooks installed on his truck.

Re: Chrome Tow Hooks installed

I think 04 2WD titans didn't come with tow hooks. I remember the salesman complaining that he used to be able to tell 2wd and 4wd appart that way, but he said now they all have them.

I often enjoy filling gaping holes as well.

What were we talking about again?

Re: Chrome Tow Hooks installed

i have a 04 se cc 2wd with big tow, utility bed and preferred captains...no tow hooks. it also included abls, tow mode and vdc. i believe 04s required the offroad and/or 4x4 package to get tow hooks.

looks eactly the same as oem but i wished they sold them in black. get oem bolts if you don't want the hassle.

Do you mean black chrome? If you just want the OEM hooks:
