Thanks to some others who had the guts to try this out, and prove that it works!
If you have a Titan without Audio Steering Wheel Controls, but would like to add them. You should be able to.
This should work most all SE's and most XE's. The only configuration that hasn't been proven yet, is an XE or SE with the single disk black stock radio. If you get one to work, let us know. I think the wiring is there, I just don't know if the single disk radio is compatible with steering wheel controls.

STEP 1 Getting Started:
Order the part! It should run about $70 to $90. Get your tools.
Go over all the instructions, Also Check in Step 3 ahead of time to make sure you
don't have a security bolt.
You will need the following:
1. Audio/Cruise Combo Controls
2. Socket with 6" or longer extension
3. 19mm Socket and 10mm Socket
4. Torx T10 and T20 or possibly a (T9, T25 rare) Driver or Bit
If You need a Torx set that will work, Sears has one for $4.99
5. Optional - Steering Wheel Puller ($12 - $14 at Autozone)
You can always buy one, and if the wheel comes off with ease, then
return it.
6. Tape (Example Scotch Tape)
