I have an Crew Cab with Utili-track (of course) and in need of a tonneau cover for the bed. I would prefer a hinged hard top with lock, but unsure what is avaialble and what will work with the Utili-track system. I really want to stay away from any snap down versions. Any recommendations on brands and where to purchase?

As long as you don't mind black, (which according to the photo you posted, you dont) I have to 2nd the Undercover Tonneau, great price, great features. Works with utilitrack. I absolutely love mine, wish I had gotten it sooner.
Elbo, saw your post and checked out the undercover tonneau website. They say you have to remove the utilitrac system. I would rather not do that. How were you able to circumvent removing the system or was I looking at the right cover, the hard tonneau?? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

You can get a Fold-A-Cover.That's what I have on my KC.For the utilitrac systems, you just remove the front so the clamps can go in.I don't have that system so no parts removed on mine.Locks good front and back and keeps water out during car washes pretty good.Never really looked inside the bed right after the wash but a good system next to hard tonneaus.

I'll vote for the Undercover tonneau, too. Just got mine last week. You don't have to remove the utilitrack if you get the right mounting kit. There's a couple of pics posted here: http://www.titantalk.com/forums/cana...r-tonneau.html
For a hard top tonneau cover, the ARE LSII or the Leer 700-series are good ones. They're the only lids made that have the raise center "hump" section which match the lines of the Titan.
The flat covers don't look bad on crew cabs, but the KC's look much better with an ARE LSII or Leer 700-series IMO. In addition, the flat "fiberglass" covers don't have the structural "honey-comb" reinforcement section through the middle secion of the lid. Only the ARE LSII and Leer 700-series have the structural reinforcement through the center section as well.
I have the Leer 700-series on mine and I'm very pleased with it. I originally wanted to get the Undercover hard lid, but they don't make them for the KC Titan's. Anyway, I'm kind of glad I got the Leer instead. It looks like a factory made option from Nissan. The paint quality is great and it matches perfectly, the lock mechanism is hidden behind a stylish flip-up cover, the underside is covered with a soft felt-like material and water never gets inside the bed.

I have the ARE LSII and I love it!!! It looks like original equiptment. The lines are great. It's funny that almost everytime I see a truck around here with a tonneau on that seems to match the truck I see that ARE logo on it. I had mine installed at a local retailer and it didn't require removal of the tracks. Living so close to the Nissan plant, the trucks are everywhere here and the most common cover here by far is the ARE.
Leer is good if you like to be a poser. I don't know how good the seal is on the Leer but you can take a 3000psi pressure washer to the Undercover and your stuff will still stay dry. The UnderCover is also made for people who like to use the bed alot as it literally comes on and off in a minute. I can jump up and down on a Undercover, I betcha the Leer would break in half if I tried that. You never know when you are in the middle of the woods and need a nice flat surface to do the nasty.
Leer/ARE - Fiberglass covers pros : Color match to the truck, single lock, bling factor, more stylish shapes, more options available at additional cost, avail for King Cab cons: approx 2x cost, Heavy, not as easy to remove, not as strong, requires more care to avoid scratches, more difficult to resell because of the color limitation
Undercover Tonneau = Plastic pros : Lightweight 52lbs, Easy to install only need a ratchet and 30 minutes. Removes in one minute, comes with hooks to hang on wall, Stronger Material = several people can stand on it, cheaper 1/2 the cost of fiberglass covers. Comes with LED lights. cons: Not avail for King cab, Only available in Black, Two Locks instead of one central one.
