B-Cool Billet Grill Question

I am interested in the B-Cool Billet Grill...the one piece unit that spans the entire front of the grill area from headlight to headlight, but am wondering how it attaches.

Does it require cutting and removal of the OEM three-piece grill, or are there tabs that go through the original grill to secure it to the front of the truck? If anyone out there has this grill, any information you might provide, including how you like it, would be appreciated.

I have a Trex front full face billet grill and you remove the factor grill and it bolts on perfectly without drilling or hurting the vehicle at all. Thats how mine is I figure the b cool would be the same.
