Hood Protector question - broken part

I recently was installing the Nissan Factor hood protector (bug shield) and there are two threaded square nuts that go in to a square hole in the underside of the hood and that snap into the metal bracket which angles out and up over the hood to hold the plastic protector shield with.

So the fit was really tight ... I got one one (of two) on after about 5 minutes of pushing ... but then got in a hurry and tried to get the second one in faster ... and had the bright idea of trying to push it in with a screwdriver tip ... and instead busted the part (didn't hurt the truck at all). The part is kind of a little clip that has a nut thread on the back side of it ... not the big bracket itself.

So my question is: can I get a replacement part for this, or is there a way I can order a replacement part for this from Nissan? I ordered the bug shield online and all parts were included, but now I can't install the stupid protector till I get a replacement part (or find an equivalent from home depot or somewhere).

What I really don't want to do is try another part and accidently drop it into the hood, where it'll bounce around forever (probably no way to get it out).

call who you got it from they can get you the clips but nissan has to drop ship them and it takes forever but they can do it.drop me a pm if they cant
