on 22's 305/45/22s match stock wheel size. you will tell it's gonna be slow due to weight. I never paid attention to mileage since our trucks are drinkers.
I don't know about offsets and backspacing but you may need to grind the front brake caliper to fit or 1/4 inch wheel spacers.
they won't bend unless u hit a serious pot hole but that could do it on stocks too.
for towing 22's is the biggest you should go.
