Painted Mirror Cover?

Has anyone painted their black mirror covers to match the truck? I got the idea from Qwikwhip, when I saw his thread on the painted door handles. I bet if someone did both to match, it would look very nice. Mine are chrome, but I may buy some black covers for both the doors and mirrors to experiment.

I like the King Ranch F-250's with body color mirrors, and I bet it would look nice on a Titan (either big tow or regular)

Just a thought, what do you think?

I'll be painting my mirror caps and door handles either body color or black chrome. I'll post the results but it won't be for another week or so.
