Ordered a bakflip, and it's on it's way. Yes it will install with Utilitrac, but you have to turn them upside down. I researched all the folding type covers, and IMO this is one to have. Also less expense than most. I got mine for $521 shipped. You have to shop around and look for sales.

Bak Flip, can use the whole bed without taking it off but will block the drivers rear vision. U. track must be flip upside down, track still function unless you have a sliding bed divider.
Advance Cover, must be remove to use the whole bed but only take a minute with one person doing it. Use teh U. track for mounting, utility track still function but get divided into three smaller section.
Either one would be a good choice.

I don't know about the back flip....but I have owned the Fold-A-Cover. It worked well, but my greatest complaint was that in the summer time, you literally had to use gloves to open the top because it got so incredibly hot in the sun....and I live in moderate Delaware. That might be especially important to you in Arizona.

I wonder if that is an issue with all tonneau tops in Arizona.
The foldacover is two pieces of aluminum with styrofoam sandwiched in between, like an ice chest. I wonder - when the top was that hot, how hot was it in the truck bed?
I just got my bakflip (pics sometime after this weekend, I have just been way too busy) and so far I absolutely love the cover.
I chose bakflip because I liked the idea of having the entire bed available without removing the cover (If necessary one person could remove it in a matter of minutes, probalby similar to the fold-a-cover as it is only 2 bolts) and because it is extremly low- profile extends less than a quarter inch above the rails.
It is almost silent (only time I have heard any noise was at 80 mph with heavy crosswind, no radio, and back window down. I could hear the rubber along the sides flapping) and it actually cuts quite a bit of the wind noise from the back window at highway speeds.
I have no idea how bad it is to open when its been sitting in the sun as I park in a covered garage most of the time but this is going to be the same for any cover.
Fit is almost perfect. It sticks up just a hair at the joint between the first and second panel but this is getting pretty nitpicky and I don't think anyone will ever notice but me and I wish the rubber down the sides would lay down just a little bit more as it doesn't sit flush with the bed rail the entire length of the cover. I think that this will get better after it has been on for a little bit longer as it appears to be a symptom of the rubber being bent up the wrong direction while it was shipped.
Installation of the cover itself was an absolute breeze, took maybe 30 minutes. Removing my utilitrack to flip it on the other hand was an absolute nightmare as it took my grandfather and me 3 hours to remove 3 of the 18 bolts because I stripped them. The bolts are coated from head to tip in ****ing loctite and are an complete pain in the *** to remove. My advice is be patient and carefull because once stripped they are a hundred times worse.

I did the fold-a-cover. Picked it up this afternoon at AZtrucks.com (they were on the other side of the south valley from me, but I was looking for an excuse to be on the freeway ).
The installation was a total PITA. They don't mention in step 1 that you need the adhesion accelerator stuff to make the tape stick. Figured it out later on... but geez, what a pain. Nor do they give you enough of that stuff either.
But, in any case, I finished it, and it looks dynamite. Locks up nice and tight too. It's super quiet on the road, as the edges are those rounded off aluminum channels. I would think it's very weather resistant; it seals up nicely.
So why did I pick the fold-a-cover over the bakflip? Well, they had the fold-a-cover in stock for the Titan CC, and the bakflip would take two weeks to get. Hows that for impatience?
But after looking closely at what I was buying, installed on a Titan out in the lot, I decided it would work fine for me.
i've got the backflip its nice but craftmanship wasn't all that great. edges needed some grinding, areas needed weatherstripping to be water tight. bolts provided rusted within 24hrs. a lot of complaints but it is the lightest flat folding bed cover that won't ding or dent ,its nice just wish they had some better quality control

Good description, I've got the bakflip too, and I love it. Flipping the rails was a huge pain in the a$$, as you mentioned, but I am happy with the result. This thing is practically water tight too, I see VERY little water, if any, in the bed when it rains. I did notice that the hydraulic (or whatever they are) rods that hold the cover fully open caused a bad rattle and squeaking noise when driving, but they unscrew in about 5 seconds, so I keep them in the cab for easy access when I need them. Others have not had this rattle problem though, so not sure what the deal is.
Overall, I am very pleased with it. Very functional, and looks awesome on my white truck.

I got the fold-a-cover also. My neighbor had one on his F150, and I liked the way it looked, so that was the deciding factor for me. So far, I LOVE it!
i have seen the bakflip on a full size truck. it is more flimsy than the fold a cover. i had the advance cover on my 04, and it was great. the advantage for the advance cover, is that it locks in three places;back, front ,and center.
