No way. 16" wheels don't clear the caliper and you need a good amount of positive offset. That wheel has a huge amount of negative meaning that it would stick out several inches from the fender. Also its 10" wide, most are 8 or 9 that fit well.

Actually 16's have been done on a Titan. You just have to test fit to make sure everything clears. As far as the offset goes, yeah that's gonna stick waaaaaay out!

What about a 18/8.5 wheel with 5 3/4" backspacing????
18x8.5 with 5 3/4 backspacing should fit. I haven't seen one with that much backspacing, though. I'd be a little concerned about some possible rubbing on the inside edge of the tire.
