need new hood
I saw on another post you can get an oem hood for around 450. how much is it to finish it out (painting and install?) i have some hail damage. got the estimate today for it. they want 600 for paintless dent removal. I have an 06 cc smoke color.

If OEM hood is $450, you might as well spring for one of these.

I hit an owl a couple of years ago and the cost for a new hood and paint job (the fenders needed to be painted to blend the two together properly) was $1400. Insurance for paid that.
I also had hail damage fixed with paintless dent repair, $1500 for the whole truck. Insurance paid for that too.
