Because it costs money to research, develop, produce, and advertise.
Year to date sales figures for the Titan as of ~August 23, 2006 stand at 44,528.
Toyota Tundra: 67,743
Ford 150-350 Trucks: 469,159
Dodge 1500-3500: 215,967
ChevyGMC: 508,317
These figures demonstrate perfectly why there are tons of programmers for the Big 3. They have had numbers higher than these for the past 20 years or more, every year. Nissan and Toyota have only been in the game for a couple of years, and the potential for profits simply isn't there like it is with the Big 3. That is why there isn' currently a programmer/tuner/controller/whatever.
To change this situation, I recomend letting all your friends with a truck from anyone other than Nissan borrow yours for a day, and sales figures will start to rise.
