QX56 headrests?? same as titans?

Do the 06 QX56 headrests look the same as the Titans? I saw some that said active headrests but am wondering if they are the same? I guy told me they would fit a titan but do they look the same and fit the same??

I dont know if they are the same, but on my Titan SE 06, i have a tag that says active headrest sticking out...

What is an "active headrest"??? sounds like another gimmic to me...

well the QX56 06 headrests also have the active headrests tag...

theres a thread on the active headrests...supposadly theyre active because if u get in a crash u boidy goes into the seat which makes the headrest move in and itll cup ur head better makin it less likely for u to get whiplash (if I remember correctly)

You hit the nail on the head... rest. If you place your hand on the upper seatback, and apply pressure, then try and wiggle the hearest, it shouldnt give much at all. This is so that if you get into an accident, and your head hits the headrest, the weight of your body will actually hold it in place.
