hard tonneau cover (locking) with Utility Pkg?

hard tonneau cover (locking) with Utility Pkg?
would be handy to install a bike rack on top of tonneau cover
and stow my gear below: rifle, skeet gun, fishing rods, golf clubs, cellos, coolers.

On my last vacation I had to decide which toys had to stay home:
the guns and mt. bikes lost out...and sure enough, got the itch to bust rocks at the quarry near Mendocino and later pedal around the woods.

Guns can ride under the seat....or attached to the folding rear seats with bungi cords....in hard case or socks.
