Fender Flare Adhesive

Does anybody have a better adhesive idea for my ATS fender flares than the two-sided 3M tape that they send with the fenders? When I installed them, I made sure the surface was clean and dry, followed all the directions, and just a couple months later they're all starting to come off. I was thinking of just using some silicone adhesive. Any ideas?

Thanks,
-Chris
