Titan CrewCab Bed Covers

Hi folks - I'm new here and are considering buying a Titan. However, I need a hard bed cover and do not like the soft cover Nissan shows on their options. I would like something that's hard and folds. Had anybody had good luck (and/or bad luck) with various models and companies.

I want to make sure that (1) it's a good product; (2) locks and adds some security and weather resistance to the bed contents; (3) will not damage the paint; (4) will not void any warranties; and (5) is a good reputable company.

Am I dreaming here? Am I asking for too much?

Any comments will be appreciated.

Right now it's between a Titan or a Chavy Avalanche - that's a clue as to what I'm looking for.

Thanks

Jim

Re: Titan CrewCab Bed Covers

Hey Jim,
I have the Fold-a-cover made by K-Cover. I love it. It is able to fold towards the front of the bed and it can be locked down and secured. You can enter the bed by folding one section from the cab side or from the tailgate side. The whole lid can be removed by unscrewing 2 screws and can be removed by one person. It is for the most part water tight. You would have to spray a hose directly at the side of the lid or the spaces next to the tailgate for water to get in to it. If you are going to buy a Titan, I would suggest looking in to this cover. I think its at www.k-cover.com
Good luck,
Eric

Re: Titan CrewCab Bed Covers

I have the Advance Cover which is the K-Cover rename. I've been real happy with it. Another option is the Bak Flip which work very similar.
