Extang Tuff Tonneau Bed Cover

I searched and searched. I am about to purchase this bed cover, can anyone help me whether this will fit with the stock bed liner or not?

Any suggestions?

Also, I found the bed cover for around $200shipped so I think it is a good deal. Anything better for around the same price?

But it doesn't clear that whether extang works with the stock bed liner or not.

My budget is up to $400 and I want to go with tonneau cover

I have the Extang RT low profile and it fits great with the stock bed liner and the bed extender still rotates out just fine.
