installed sylvania silverstat ultras today.
I just happened to be in advavance auto parts yesterday and saw they had these on sale for 35 bucks a pair so i figured i would try then out. They definitely look better than the stock bulbs. They aren't hid's but for the price you can't beet them. I need to get some for the fog lights now too.

Ilove mine too, got them about two weeks ago. Only 10 dollars per household, I hate rebates. Might still have receipt.
Haven't seen Ultra version for foglights, they have a 893ST though. Definetly good lighting. Still DOT Legal too.

IThanks for the post, saw the ad last night and searched this morning to see if anyone had installed them.
Can you use regular silverstars for the fog? The ultra silverstar replacement is just a simple plug in correct?

i tried last night but the pics keep coming out bad. I have never really tried to take pics of lights at night. I didn't have time to mess with it last night but i'll go try again. Any camera people know what setting i should use for these pics?
