alright so what is the deal here?

I have been searching this forum on/off for the past couple weeks, and still haven't found out the best intake and exaust...I wouls love a MPG gallon increase and more power is always nice, but i am lost here for my Titan...

There is no "Best" intake or exhaust. There are a varity of each and the combination is even greater. I myself have the AEM/Banks combo and like it very much. I would not however claim it as the "best".

i am looking mainly for the best fuel economy increase...and ideas?

Best to leave it stock, you won't get any milage increase IMO.

I agree. But if you want the best HP and torque (with a little less gas mileage) go with the AEM Brute Force or the Volant with the ram air tube.

For MPG Increases:

Get wheels alligned.
Keep air pressure on the higher side.
Keep the RPMs as low as possible.
Watch your speed on road trips, 60mph yields better than 75.

These are really the only proven items that affect MPG. After intake and exhaust, most note a decrease in MPG, this is most likely a result of flooring it here the beast roar.
