Re: Project..Light Bar..

I had posted earlier with material, paint and my time about ? Hmmm. It could go with options like powder coat or pre-wired? the bar has a place for 4 lights. If you dont mount all the lights it makes a nice step to access the engine.

thats a pretty sweet idea.
Maybe even some type of hinge or a way for it to fold back if you ran something over bushes or w/e I don't know if you do any off roading.

some paint/powdercoat and some plastic end caps and that thing would really look sweet

This one will be painted and the ends will be welded closed. I dont want to close the ends until I run the wires. I do take the truck off roading in the desert and the lights have proven very handy. Now that I will have 4 lights should help a lot more. If enough people show interest then I will look in to powder coating, but for one it wouldnt be cost effective. Thanks for the comments.

THey are some cheap lights I picked up for the pictures at Pepboys. I used a set in the bumper and they work pretty good with better bulps.

Re: Project..Light Bar..

What color are you going to paint it? You could also use some spray can duraliner from pepboys.
