ditto here for buying hid's

many guys say don't buy cheap hid's and you get what you pay for (obviously duh) but the question remains....nobody has ever really stated which kits/brands are considered the good ones!!!!

here are some i am considering but don't know if these would be classified as decent or crap..

McCullouch
JDM
Mtec
Phillips

I would say "no" to the JDM HID's on e-bay. I bought mine about 12 months ago, and the bulb just went out. I don't drive very much at night, and I know I didn't use as many "hours" as the bulbs are rated to ( I cant remember the figure right now). The replacement bulbs are ~$150.00.
