I have the projector lights with the HID conversion. The lighting is cool, its the way they are cheaply made. First I got them with 3 LEDs dead and now last night it rained and they are now fogged. FukkinGreat!!!!! I hate these things. Buyer beware!!! They have been on the truck for 5 days. Save your money. Or, they were $225, send me 1/2 and I'll come to you and kick you in your nuts!... Same difference. Dont buy these!!!!!!! BTW the last pic is the "before" pic
I've had mine on for a couple months...No problems with lights not working and never had any fog or moisture, and it's as sat outside during several extremely heavy rainstorms. Sorry for your problems.
The only other guy I remember getting water in it was a guy who offroaded all the time, and drove through a crap load of deep mud and water. I think he has a dark red Titan..Other than him, I don't remember reading of any others.
ye, that sucks man...send em back, I havent had any problems with fog or moisture or anything like that... I did have 2 LEDs in one of em go out... they offered to send me new ones but I didnt wanna hassle cuz they wouldnt just send me the LEDs they wanted to send me the whole housings... didnt wanna take them out and all that so said just forget bout it and bought LED wedge bulbs and looks great now again...
EDIT: and to the vendors who wont take em back...they suck...lol...ask questions bout that kinda stuff before u buy
Maybe this isnt a problem for all, just me... It only happened after I went through the carwash and the undercarrage washer shot water through the drain holes. They are supposed to all pointed down right???
I've had the lights now for about six months and yes the LED's went out at first. I replaced them with amber LED's and rewired them too, they look great and no problems so far.
I've also had the fog mainly from going through the car wash which sprays up under the lights.
Any after market product is a gamble. I'm more pissed that I paid $350 for the pair and with shipping my total was almost $400.
I love the look! Although the OEM headlights are not going anywhere...

I have wanted these and I thimk I still do. If the only problems occur in carwashes i guess I'll have to do it by hand. I love the looks of them. Anybody else having problems besides the three that have been noted?
there has been others but it usually comes down to serious offroadingin mud or water or car washes... at least most of the stories Ive heard... I havent had a problem with the car washes around here... I dont think Ive been through a drive through one though since I got these I usually do it by hand anyway
I've had the black ones for 7 months now. None of me LEDs have went out but I have had to replace one of the low beam bulbs. I'm overall pleased with them.
No fog in mine but I haven't been through a car wash.
