HEY! Good price for Westin BullBar
Man, thats cheaper than what I got it for...SO anyone interested, looks like there are 2 available... Ive never bought from that ebay seller but there ya go! It looks like westin at least... U may wanna make sure but if it is thats a good price...

I think it's an off-brand, because there are no rubber/plastic things on the side of the bar like yours.

Here's the Aries.
 There's something written in the center of the lower guard, but it does not appear to be "ARIES" and the holes in the lower guard appear to be different. There are several on ebay that are not name brand. This is probably one of them. And besides, the Aries is only $239.95, and a decent bar for that price.

I think they just cover the welds for the lower bar so the shop doesn't have to be too careful or make pretty welds. QC, IMO.....
