Talking Suggested Retail Vs. Dealer Net Price on Accessories

I just recently acquired a listing of prices from a local dealership on accessories, that shows part numbers, a code for suggested installation time(how you suggest an installation time I am not sure), suggested retail price, and dealer net price. This will show just how badly dealerships rape us on accessory prices. Gotta make money somehow I guess right? the guy at the dealership said "shhh don't tell anyone". Well...I didn't...not at the dealership anyways lol.

PRICES WILL BE POSTED SOON WHEN DOCUMENTS ARE SCANNED.

Yeah that would be a good list to see online. Let you know how much bargaining room you have.

They are talking about "flag" time. It is listed in the chilton labor book. It gives "x" amount of time to complete a job. For example, the book might say it takes 2 hours to change a water pump, but if the tech does it in one hour, they still get paid for 2. On the other hand, if it takes them 4 hours to complete the job, they only get paid for 2. It keeps shops from overcharging customers for labor on repairs.
