I was just wondering if anyone who has 22's has like handling problems? I remeber having a f-150 on 22s and after 65mph nothing but steering wheel woobles. Also im looking for a tire other than low-pro . I have a galaxy titan so black or chrome rims?

I have 22's and had that problem too. I took it back to the tire shop and they installed longer lug nuts on the rims. They also rebalanced the wheels. No more wobbling after that.

I have 24s...also on a 2007 Galaxy Crew Cab. I have never had any wobbles or steering wheel shakes/vibrations and I drive the truck at 85+ quite a bit. Just be sure the wheels installer is knowlegeable and experienced with big inch wheels.
As far as tires with more sidewall is concerned, you can do a 305/40-20 or 305/45-22. I have 305/35-24 on my 24x10 wheels and I haven't had any issues with bent rims or pothole shock. But then again, I am very conscious of road conditions, I suppose.
I have to agree with Novajess1972, I have 22's and have not had a problem. I believe as long as the wheels are properly balanced and torqure down correctly there should be no wobbles or shakes. The ride with 22's aren't that bad, but when ever you drop from 8 - 9" of tire side wall to 6 - 6.5" you will feel more bumps and the steering will be a bit more responsive. But, I have no complaints with my 22's. Got them from TireRack and they use that Hunter Road Force balancing system that I believe helps the ride quality of big wheels alot. Check it out:
I have 22's on mine, I have to say its really not that bad as far as bumpiness, etc. I think it actually handles better with the 305's, but one drawback is that its definitely slower with all that unsprung weight the 22's add. I think I've seen about a 1mpg decrease as well....
22x10 wheels here also, i had some wobble issues also, so i took the truck back to discount tire and the tire was way off on balancing, after that they still wobbled the slightest bit, but all that went away after i installed my bilstein front struts, ride is much much more controlled, the stock struts suck on the titan get them replaced imo shockwarehouse.com has the complete kit for 260 shipped all 4 shocks, cant beat that and rides like a dream now even with the mc gaughy 2/3" drop kit

i have 315-35-24 and it does handle a little sloppy. If the road is uneven the tires tend to move slightly. I dont really have much vibration or wobbling on normal streets.

lol :P i dont know how to explain it. If its a crappy road thats very uneven, then the truck veers a bit. Like if I change lanes at high speed and theres a bump, it will veer slightly. It only happens during heavy acceleration or at high speed.
Other than that annoyance it handles good and feels more stable since theres more road/tire contact.

24=too big=matter of opinion and everyone is entitled to one.
LE - try putting in a rear sway bar. it helps stabilize the rear end on hard turns. but thats not because of the rims. it is the stock suspension not being able to keep up with the ability of the lo pro tire's grip.
if i ever get my truck back i am looking into switching out the stock shocks & struts.
