2.5 lift

Like it says, it levels the front of the truck.
I just bought the 2" for my 4x4, but if you have 2x4 then you need the 2.5".
NCD is a good brand. It is solid and not plastic.
Another good one is PRG. It comes with bump stops, so it is a little more expensive.

Do a search and you can find alot more info.

brackets go in the front of the truck

yes the go in the front I bought mine from PERFORMANCE LIFTS.COM I bought the PRG it is a solid peice of stock and came with stop bumpers and directions. If yo know suspension it can be done in a few hours. If you don't find a 4 wheel drive shop and they will do it for around 400 total. You will need an alignment after to compensat for camber or you will wear tires. It makes a big change in how the vehicle looks. I love it. good luck
