Re: need help with head light

Dear northtextitan,

The headlight is relatively easy to replace. You just have to remove the front grille assembly, and then there are several bolts that need to be removed to remove the headlight. (Some are hidden under the fender well)

You should be able to find a cheap headlight on the forum, e-bay, or a junkyard. You could also buy a new set of the projector headlights for about $180+shipping for two brand new headlights.

Many people here have the projector headlights, so they probably also have their stock headlights sitting in the garage - I'm sure you can find someone willing to sell for a good price. I know of someone who just sold their stock headlights to another member for $80 (for BOTH headlights).

Good luck,

Erik

Re: need help with head light

try ebay. a lot of guys that have aftermarket headlights & sell the stockers on ebay... or you could search for "titan headlight" and get some sweet aftermarket ones for the same price... infact i think you can get projector front and rears on ebay for 300... depends on what you're after.

me, i like the projector, carbon fiber

Re: need help with head light

The LEDs, halo lights, headlight, and bright light are all included in the projector lights from Ebay. You need to use your factory blinkers and side marker lights.

I used to have the projector headlights, but the halo bulb burnt out, and is not easily replaceable..so I don't have those headlights anymore..sold them.

Re: need help with head light

not to jack ag. but what are you running now, stockers?

i had wondered about the longevitiy of the projectors.. specifically the angel eyes & halos.

i was considering doing just the altezza rear lights in chrome with clear lenses to match better with my fronts as a cheaper alternative to doing the full on projector/altezza carbon fiber finish set up.

Re: need help with head light

ive seen single headlights on ebay for like 80bucks + shipping. You can intstall it yourself, its easy. Just gotta remove the clips on the grill and then theres 4 screws holdin the headlight. 2 on the front of the fenderwell, 1 on top and 1 hidden behind the grill, ulll see it when u get the grill off.
