I am going to put a bug deflector on my truck in the next couple of weeks, but you can't tell what they are going to look like on the truck when it is in the box or on the shelf. Would anyone be willing to upload a picture of their truck with the bug deflector, and let me know the manufacutrer & model number? Thanks.

Never argue with idiots. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

If you look closer on the OEM one, you'll notice four or five screws holding the deflector to the hood. These screws are actually attached to clips which clip onto your hood; you can protect your hood even further by using the supplied protective tape.
Anyway, that's my only complaint with the OEM one: the round screws that are included. It doesn't damage the hood, just doesn't look "right".
Does anyone have a bug shield without the screw on the ends. Take a look at the one I just got, it's nice, just dont like the screws. Oh and it's made by egr.

I doubt you will ever see or they will ever make a bugshield for this truck that doesn't have the end connectors. There is just way too much cantilevered to the sides of the last screw mount. It would be flapping in the breeze and smacking off the front of your hood/headlight.
The only way they may be able to do it is to adhere a fastener clip to the underside of the shield at the ends that would slip over the edge of the hood. But that costs R&D & manufacturing money. Putting out that effort and spending more money on design just so the end users are happy with it? Where do you think you are? America or something?
