Rear View Mirror w/ Compass (OEM) for '05

I have searched and failed to find any info on this mirror and its installation in an 2005 XE.

Is it simply plug and play? Or do I have to jump through hoops because it is an XE???

Also, can I install power/heat side mirrors without serious effort? (I would buy factory switches)

The mirror is a more manual install, but easy. I had one that I installed in 4 different cars.

Mirrors, don't know.

Both of these can be done. It will not be plug and play but it has been done by others.
