Kayak Accessories

Just bought my first 2007 Titan LE crew cab. In order to tote my kayak, I purchased the Nissan rack system. The question I have is whether or not I can adapt my Thule system that I had on my Ford Explorer? If not, I definitely need a different roller system to get my SOT 14' Tarpon on board. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Next, I have a German Shepherd and Aussie that go everywhere with me so I'm looking for a rear seat cover that will fit properly. I know Nissan makes a neoprene rear seat cover and I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on that product or any other.

Much thanks,

Jack
