Undercover Tonneau Cover

I am looking at the Undercover but, I noticed there are only instalation instructions for utilitrac system. Wondering if it workes without the utilitrac system. Also I have the plastic nissan bed liner and was wondering about the compatiblity of the mounting brackets with this liner. Anybody help.

I have the Undercover and no utilitrac, and it works fine. A long L shaped bracket goes on top of the side protectors and down the inside edge of the bed. A vise like screw holds the bracket in place gripping the inside lip of the bed, and doesn't touch the liner. I like my Undercover and have no problems with water getting in my bed.
