Re: Ram Air Hood

I usually don't like those kind of hoods, but yours looks very nice. Very clean.

Re: Ram Air Hood

Dont know much about these hoods - Thats a real ram air? Not just fake for show ram? Did it come w/ the airbox also, or is that somethin you had to buy/modify? I've got a Volant which im not very interested in movin up but that looks like it'd force way more cooler-air into the box.

Hood looks great btw

Re: Ram Air Hood

Cost me $820 and then installed and painted myself. Had a few issues with the fitting but thats with any after market part you put on. It is full ram air. The hood opens up right over any open type CAI. As far as any performance gain I can't say much but I can say my magnaflow is now louder. The magnaflow has been on for about 5000 miles so it may be louder because its broken in.
