Tonneau Cover and factory (Plastic) BeadLiner

Do I need to cut of the factory liner to install a Tonneau cover? I was looking at the Xtang FullTilt.

Thanks Mac

I have not had to cut my OEM liner, and I have had three tonneaus, including an Extang, OEM and a hard cover.
