Will 2007 Factory Steps fit a 2008?

I can't imagine that there is a difference, but wanted to check.

Who makes the factory steps? They look like powder coated Westins.

Don't imagine they changed, the steps & brackets look the same to me.

Easiest way to verify for sure would be to ask someone in the parts dept. or look them up on-line & see if the part #'s have changed.

when i called local parts shop they couldnt confirm they were the same. they also told me nissan was having some sort of problem with the steps and they didnt even have the ability to order previous years versions.

has anyone else heard anything like this?

I had aftermarket ones on my 04, which I kept when I got the 08. They fit right up. I went with some N-Fabs though and sold them. Didn't fit the LWB look right. The two mounting points didn't change, they did add a third though. You should have no problems.

Hmm, supply problem maybe - never seen any posts about them being defective.

YES!!!! the 2004-2007 step rails will fit the 2008, most dealer part guys have no idea. I put the grey powder coated on my 2008. 2008 models have chrome ones which I do not like so I put on the 2004-2007 ones

thank you ecmeyla, i will now start looking for some 04-07 ones for my 08. I too prefer those over the chrome ones.

Keep an eye on the buy/sell forum, they pop up fairly regularly.
You'll save almost 1/2 the price (or more) over ordering new ones from a dealer.

yeah ive seen some show up, mostly in CA with local pickup only. Im in central PA.
