Re: Navigation Upgrade

I burned my disks with the latest demo version of Clone CD (NOT CloneDVD). I used it to make the disk image and to burn the disk. I used Verbatim DVD+R DL's burned at 4X. The new disks work perfectly. The upgrade from 6.1 to 6.6 is very significant - it even has my 10 year old street on it now.

I realized during this process that my Titan has continuous power to the DVD nav system - which means you don't even need to have the key to rip off the DVD. I feel much better having a backup in place.

I forgot all the steps to burn. as i recall, I followed from one of the threads here to a link and downloaded the image.
I burned unsuccessfully several times then bought an HP DVD1070 drive and burned in ROM mode with Memorex DVD+R DL media, it works fine.

i won't send out disks as it's not "worth the consequences" if you get my drift.

The nav dvd system is under the passenger seat. It does not use the dvd player, it has it's own player.

Re: Navigation Upgrade

Nissan North America Map DVD Version 7.4 is out. Anyone know where to find it? And I don't mean through the websites that sell it for $190.
