Re: extang trifecta signature series

still nobody with pics? btw..i do have one concern with the tri fold up...the area where it folds, does it look flush against the bed caps..see, im kinda of a perfectionist and am willing to spend a little extra for a clean look. i actually am now looking at the truxedo lo pro b/c it looks dang good in the pics. any input would be well appreciated. pics would be even more appreciated.

Re: extang trifecta signature series

sorry i dont have any pics
mine sits flush
i dont have the tailgate seal on mine, havent had any water issues and my titan isnt garaged

sp3cialed, on the last pic, its seems like you put extra weather seal?
that might be whats causing it not to sit flush

i'll try to get pics tomorow
that truxedo lo pro looks good in the pics
i like that it doesnt use snaps but velcro
i had the extang black max b4 i got the trifecta
and let me tell you, its a b!tch to put that cover back on when its cold out

Just ordered mine in signature series... Due for delivery this week. $369.00/free shipping and tailgate seal from autoanything.com. Can't wait since I've been shopping the heck out of them. Best value for the buck I think.

Not looking for an arguement here...just stating that the pricing you provided was for the wrong product and I didn't want to see anyone get mislead...No big deal.
Sorry, can't read today!! LOL Tomorrow doesn't look much better!!!!

Re: extang trifecta signature series

I'll definitely post some daytime pics sometime this weekend. Sorry about that. Yeah, it seems as if the extra weather stripping shouldn't be there. Maybe i got the cover for the wrong truck.... never really checked that and it was during the busy holiday season.

I like the way the Lo pro fits but why a roll up instead of a tri-fold? Seems like a PIA in cold temps.

Would have to agree, if I ever had/wanted to replace my Trifecta, it would be with another Trifecta. Easier access.

Re: extang trifecta signature series

well...i may be wrong, but it seems to me that the area where the trifecta folds, will over time not fit flush against the bed rails...not really an issue for me about sealing the water out but more so the looks. i really wanted something that looks clean. like i said, i may be wrong, but i found way more pics of the trux lo pro than the trifecta, and it looks sick. i live in the south, so our winters arent really that bad or long for that matter, and its during the spring, summer and fall that my bed will get used a lot...kinda lazy during the winter.

LOL! I really like the look of the fabric. It's may show dirt but it's really a deep black. It also had a few bumps in it( I'm guessing from being in the box) when i first put it on but they went away over night.

Mine was the same way. The only complaint I have is the corners by the cab don't sit flush on the rail. I think I need to move the crossmember that the clamps are on towards the cab slightly.

Re: extang trifecta signature series

How do you seal the big gap around the tailgate to keep water out? I got the tailgate seal, but it will not seal that BIG gap!
