Re: extang trifecta signature series

I put my Trifecta on but did not do the seal yet. After looking and assessing the situation I think that I'm going to put an extra piece either on the tailgate itself or up top next to the long piece I run.

My problem after looking at it is finding a spot on the bottom to put the long piece so that the tailgate doesn't rub it off when it gets closed.

Seems as if the gate will push on the piece. Maybe putting it on a real warm day to let the adhesive really "set up" might help.

I know what you're saying though...When you start to close the gate...you see the gap... and it is though you can see into the bed when the gate is closed... Bothered me to but the extra piece should cover that.

Re: extang trifecta signature series

I just got the Trifecta Signature Series last week. The canvas really looks hot. Not quite as hot as Brooke though!

Do you like the Silverstar lights? Do they make them for the fog lights also?

Re: extang trifecta signature series

I love my Ultra Star lights...Keep in mind however that I've never had HID

It's just that I'm not 100% on all the jerry rigging and waterproofing and connections to feel comfortable with a few extra candlepower. I just don't want to get into all that.

I'm sure they're great but all 4 of my Ultras cost $56.00 delivered from e-bay.

It was an easy upgrade that took 10 minutes per side and i was done and they are great at night...Just my opinion.

Wow! How did you get it for $ 369. I just paid around $ 420 from autoanything.

WOW is right...I just went and checked a couple of sites looking for pricing...All e-commerce sites have a big price increase...Glad I ordered when I did.

Try calling autoanything and tell them you saw it on sale but couldn't access the site to place your order...tell them their cart wouldn't let you proceed.....see if they'll bite.
