Aluminum Skid Plate
Here is a 3/16 aluminum skid plate i made at my work it replaces the stock one

The aluminum looks good. Lighter too. I assume the pic on the left shows how you remove/mount the plate?

yes i made it where you slide it on the rear screws so it holds itself up while you put the top ones in

I second or third that request for buying one from ya! I've got a 6" PC lift. think you could add an access door for getting to the oil filter?

I would be down to make some but like 54warrior said in his post it can get costly quick I actually used some material that was left over from a job but i can talk to my boss and see what it would cost for sheet of 3/16 or 1/8 and maybe see what i can do

Yeah, I used scrap materials too that were donated. When I found out the price for ONE sheet of 1/4" aluminum, I about S hit my pants. I in turn had all my pieces changed to 3/16" material and the price came down some, but not considerably. It's rather disgusting really, I had high hopes for this project but unfortunately, it's not going the way I had hoped.
