4 wheel parts

well guys,
never thought i would post something like this, but i purchased some spot light covers from them and here it is 2 weeks later and i have nothing to show for it, the first guy i spoke to this morning said (in looking at the order status) "well it looks like it hasnt shipped yet" and "i will check in to it", my respons was, "Well if i were to buy it from Ebay or some other source, they would have already shipped it it has been 2 weeks"
he then said well let me call them

i waited about 30 min. later and heard nothing (i know that wasnt long)
so i called back
a different guy i spoke with said it did ship and this he just needed the tracking #

i gotta say, either they hire inept people or they just plane drop the ball sometimes
either way they put down the wrong address for me
i have them the correct zip code, but they insist i like in Wetmore Texas, "if that is your correct zip code" one guy said
i told him their computer was wrong but he said i must be mistaken
as if i dont know what town i live in

so what it comes down to is that i made a small purchase there (to test the waters)
i was gonna use them as my 4x4 parts supplier
and buy my shocks from them and towing accessories
and possibly a winch bor a new bumper replacement i am gonna get
and so on
well, that is not gonna happen now
they lost my business...

update:

they called back and they didnt ship them, (so does that make the second guy a liar? he said thay did ship them, without even checking)
not because it was back ordered
but because they just simply didnt pull them and load them on the truck for delivery
Johnny at the front desk told me this himself

Thumbs down Re: 4 wheel parts

Sorry to hear about your experience.

Right now, I'm testing the waters with them locally for our Meet and they have been good at working with me on parts, installs, and event logistics...

Did you get the names of the people you've been speaking with so that you can provide this feedback up the chain?

Re: 4 wheel parts

Dang that sucks. Hopefully they get your stuff sent out soon. I learned not to deal with them when two people that worked there told my buddy he didn't need to buy a drop pittman arm when he put a 6" lift on his Dodge, so rather than listening to me and my dad he listened to them. Turned out his truck sat for a few days while he payed them to overnight the part so he could actually drive it without the death wobble. lol Never, ever will I buy anything from that place, not to mention it's pretty expensive.

Re: 4 wheel parts

I bought my lift, tires, and wheels through them. They have excellent services for me. I got all of it in within a week. i go to put it on and noticed they sent me the wrong lug nuts. So i called them and told them and they had the right set overnighted free of charge. they told me to keep the wrong set and maybe sell them to get some money for my troubles. I thought that was pretty good service.

That is pretty good service, I mean everyone makes mistakes, atleast they corrected it and gave you something extra.
