Alignment issues

I just got my truck back from having the alignment checked and the shop told me that the left side caster and camber are both out of alignment, but couldn't be adjusted farther (to align it) as they were all the way over. Right side is off toe is off a bit too.

I don't have any knowledge about this sort of issue. What do I make of this situation? Is there some kind of shim kit that is needed. I wanted to seek a second opionion before I have any work done. Basically, I want to know how best to solve this problem.

A little back story. I took it in to have a tire replaced and alignment checked as it pulled to the right. I found a bludge in the tire when I checked tire pressure when I noticed the pull. It is a rebuilt Titan got it in November. (Hit on Front right and just had the front left axel replaced) It had been aligned before the axel replacement in December.

The dealer (a trusted friend) that built my truck will cover the costs, but I don't want to waste any time or his money repairing or replacing parts that won't make any difference.

Thanks for any help.
