Question Ipod Interface

Newbie here with a question.

I just bought a used 04 Titan LE, fully loaded, low miles and despite the gas prices I love this truck! Anyways I want to buy the IPOD Interface.

Two questions, 1: is it worth spending the $203 bucks on it? 2nd Does any one know where to get it cheaper than the what the dealer wants?

Thanks!

Re: Ipod Interface

Bought it, use it and its better than the auxillary jack. You can only adjust the volume from the steering wheel controls if you have it, for everything else you have to use the radio control buttons but overall easy to do. I installed the kit myself and connected the IPOD Interface cable to the connector located inside the steering wheel console. I drilled my own hole in the glove boxed and ran the cables underneath and behind the radio console so that I wouldn't have to remove the radio panel. The instructions were simple enough and easy to follow.

Re: Ipod Interface

Thanks, didn't think the install would be too hard, that's nice that it can be used through the steering wheel controls. I think I'll go ahead and get it then, it's a pain using the aux jack.
