Yes it is but if you want what I consider to be the best hood on the market, you will have to pay to play.
I was at the meet in Old Town Florida and I saw another ram air hood and the workmanship was awful, it did not fit near as well and had ripples running the length of the hood from poor glass layup or a poor mold.
Here is the link to the original review and I would bet that there is no hood on the market that fits this well, is manufactured this well and is as functional. You get what you pay for in this case.
