Just stating my opinion, that if he has a 2wd Titan, ANY of the bracket lifts are not the best route to go. The PRG/CST 4" Spindle package is the route to take. That's all.
Not that the PC kit is bad or 'wrong', just that it isn't the best bang for the buck IMO, and not as high of quality as what other options are available out there.
Haha, I just ran into this question last week. Was gonna go with the PC 6" lift from 4WP , but changed my mind and went with the CST spindle and 2" rear block from Greg at PRG. Much happier I did it this way. Especially since im planning on upgrading to the coilovers and rear deaver pack in the near future (which Ill be getting from Greg).
And I can keep my 2.5" leveling kit I already have on there, to make it 6.5" lift, which will sit just a tad higher then the procomp.
And it was less money
Like Warrior said, much better choice to not go with the bracket lift if your 2wd.

OK...I mis-read your earlier post about spindles...I agree, if you have a 2wd don't go the bracket lift route, get the lift spindles (and some coilovers...)

im not gonna lie...im really confused....ive never lifted a truck before and just decided to do it...i have no clue what deavers, leaves, spindels, brackets etc....really are...lol
here's your list....all parts come from greg, cause he's our friend
front:
cst spindles
radflo 2.0 or sway a way 2.5" c/o
prg uca (optional)
rear:
sway a way 2.25 piggybacks
2.5" deaver mini pack
cst carrier bearing drop bracket
blocks if you want some more lift
prg hd shackles if you want peace of mind
If you are trying to keep it cheap, you dont need the coilovers upfront right away. I just finished installing mine last night (CST spindle) and already had the 2.5" leveling kit to make it 6.5" lift. I will eventually upgrade to the coilovers because my stock struts are starting to feel a little bad, but its not necessary. Same thing in the rear, if your trying to stay cheap, I just did the 2" block and Bilstein shocks. I will eventually get the deaver pack, but when I have the extra $$$.
So if you go that route, you most likely wont need that Carrier Barring drop kit, until you go higher than 2" that is.
One more note, uca stands for Upper Control Arm

if i dont get the leveling kit with the cst 4" spindle lift, will my Titan still have the rake? Cuz i want to get rid of the rake....but i dont want my Titan to be up THAT high, like i was worried for a while that 6" may be too much. I def think that the 4" is the way to go now though. Also, whats the difference between the radflo 2.0 and the 2.5? Thanks

Good question...
Spindles refers to what are called "lift spindles"...You replace your entire spindle/steering knuckle assembly with a new one that has the spindle relocated 4" lower which will raise the truck 4". These spindles are for 2wd trucks only....The CST lift spindles are about the best choice for 2wd trucks, you get 4" of true lift, no goofy brackets hanging down and you pick up 4" of ground clearance under the lower control arms. For a 2wd the spindles offer many choices of suspension performance after their install, that don't need to be done right away.
Bracket lifts use a series of drop brackets the bolt onto the lower control arm pivot brackets that lower the whole lower control arm by whatever amount the lift is rated, and include a new longer spindle/steering knuckle assembly. Theses are needed for 4wd trucks as they lower the front diff.
These spindles CAN NOT be just bolted onto a stock truck.
Deavers is short for Deaver leaf springs used in the rear of your truck. They are the actual manufacture of complete lift/performance replacement leaf spring assemblies and the also make what is called "mini-paks" which are several leafs the you use to add the the factory Titan leaf spring assemblies to provide both lift and performance.
SAW's are Sway-away shocks and along with the Radflo brand are very popular aftermarket performance shocks used by many Titan owners, both are available the PRG Products and are customed valved(the shocks damping characteristics are customed tuned by Greg for better ride /performance)
Does this help?
