Re: Radiator Problems on 04 titan

The Bottom of the Radiators are plastic, I have seen a few crack and leak.
I would recommend a Factory but Aftermarket is cheaper..

Re: Radiator Problems on 04 titan

If you need to replace your radiator you might try Stillen. They were suppose to be developing one... don't know if they have it for sale yet. I didn't see it on the website. It's suppose to be cheaper than stock.

Re: Radiator Problems on 04 titan

Buy a aftermarket for 1/3 the price. Even those who have replaced the factory one with factory replacement has had more failures. Nissan, like the differentials, cannot fix problems. Period.

Re: Radiator Problems on 04 titan

I think mine is leaking, I saw a small amount of green fluid on the driveway today and it seems it may be leaking from under the radiator, I havent taken the brush guard off to get a closer look yet. I have 50k miles, so I guess it wont be covered under warranty?

Wow...felt like I was reading my own truck's CarFax report....

What was your rear-seatbelt issue? Mine is they snug up too tight on the passengers. I've had all the rest of your issues to a tee though

I had my rad replaced on my 05. Little dissapointed, it only has ~13,500 miles.
