ebay CCFL/HID led halo headlites?

saw them and they claim 6000k HIDs pre installed... sounds like a decent deal to me... wouldn't match my truck. but look kinda nice if it is HID

Re: ebay CCFL/HID led halo headlites?

I think these are them

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/04-07...spagenameZWDVW

My only problem is it dosnt state what size bulb. If its H1 then they are no differen then the other projectors that have been sold and gave alot of people headaches. If its the factory size 9006 then it may not be too bad. I do like that they are using ccfl for the halo as they would be way brighter then the standard leds ones. Down side is ccfl dont work so good when its really cold. So who wants to be the guinea pig? I just wish they would stop puttingng those stupid LEDS next to the parking lights on the top of the headlights (3 little round lights)

Re: ebay CCFL/HID led halo headlites?

I hear you man on those 3 LED's next to the running lights, they make the light have to much flare... I want to buy a set but don't know... I have HID's right now and how do these after market lenses work? Do the work like a normal projector when you add HID bulbs to it??

Re: ebay CCFL/HID led halo headlites?

Well I guess im the guinea pig. Ha before I got on Titan Talk to read this I ordered a set of them last night. Got them From a Different place though! I hoping they will be here by the end of the week or so , so I can get them put on. It did say H1, and H7 bulbs, so I guess im just going to take a risk with them. I just really like the Black look on a Charcoal grey Truck. I will post some pictures and give a review if yall would like.

Re: ebay CCFL/HID led halo headlites?

They still look good. You might wanna run a bead of silicone along the lense. Some of the other aftermarket projectors have a tendency to leak in moisture. The H1 bulb is no gurantee to be bad lighting as long as the projector is decent. Post up pics once you get em on.
