Can anyone point me towards some high quality HID lights that I can just plug in to my truck? I would like to buy a whole housing in black, but that is not important. I am looking for lows, highs, and fogs, if at all possible. Any help would be appreciated!

You mean conversion kits to replace the factory halogen bulbs?
If so then run a search for "HID conversion kits"

What size do I need for each? I know I need H1 for lows, and 800 something for fogs, but what exactly do I need for highs and for fogs?

i have a set coming from rikensport i bought off of ebay on thurday, it was just under $200 with shipping and they have a lifetime warranty. I hope UPS drops it off today so i can install tonite
wooohooo!!! i got the lites yesterday and installed them last nite, omg! it is soooo much brighter than the stock lites. They were easy to install and look cool too. This is the best $200 i have ever spent on my truck, i highly recommend them.

Does yours have the extra wiring harness / relay to power the new lights directly from the battery, or simply using the original headlight harness for power? Thanks...

the oem connector is plugged into the new ballast/relay box, then a harness from the box is plugged into the new light bulb. its super easy to install and you retain the use of you hi beams, also the lights will turn on without the key in the ignition.
Not all kits retain use of High beams...If you want to keep HID high beams it has to be a specific kit to retain them. Otherwise you will end up with just lo beams.

While researching HID's I've seen several sites that suggest to power the HID's directly from the battery, not the OEM connection. See this site. Scroll down a little more than half way and read under "Consumer note:". I was just wondering if any Titan owners had ran into the flickering / strobing issue the site talks about.

Not to be the pessimist, but i've had a total of 3 HID sets, all have burnt out. I don't know if the issue has been addressed, but with the sets i have owned, the ballast and the harness would not make a tight, secure fit. So sometimes, the lights would turn on, but then flicker off on any bump. i've decided to just save up and do a retro-fit, to help eliminate that problem.
Good luck, hope you have better luck than I did.

Thats just a result of a poor quality kit.
I have owned many sets as well and if a good quality kit is purchased then they are the best investment ever.
A few key features to look for is the kit should have several pieces. the kit should not just plug into your stock factory plug and call it good. You should have a balast for each headlight. and a ground for each headlight ballast. the wiring harnes should have a fused connection that goes straight to the battery. and of course all connections should be tight fitting to avoid water intrusion and early termination of the HID's. these are just a few things one should look at bfore purchasing the cheaper kits from Ebay and such places. You get what you pay for people.
1 very quick observation when i typed "9006 HID kit" into ebay is 1 seller has about 1000 kits for sale for $25 and $50 shipping. CMON people, if the deal seems to good to be true, then it is. The reason his feedback is so good is because the customer gets there kit and puts it on and it works fine for a little bit. So they give him positive feedback. then im sure it gives after a very short period of time.
This kit right here looks like a quality kit. he shows up close view of his kit and all the connections look very legit. this would be the best bet for a long lasting set of HID's. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Xenon...spagenameZWDVW
