Don't mean to sound like a know-it-all, but if the truck is outside, you're gonna want a good cover.

I have some experience with this with my antique Porsche. The cover MUST have a felt or "scratch-proof" liner. Outside, when the wind starts slapping that cover off your paint, you'll see that after just one time from a windy day. Especially in the thin soft Nissan paint. Now, if you don't care what your paint looks like, cheap is the ticket. But if that were the case, you wouldn't be looking to cover it to protect it, now would you? Oh, and if it's not waterproof, you're gonna kick yourself for putting that crap on your truck the first time you take it off and see the mess it left.
I've got one of these:

The California Car Cover in the Noah fabric. Now, My car never sits outside, but I still wanted a waterproof yet breathable cover for it - even in the garage. It does a great job for what I need. And everyone's needs are different. You just need to assess yours and what you expect out of a cover.
Again, don't go cheap if you value your truck and it's finish. Oh, and a lock for it is a good idea too. Don't want it to grow legs or even just blow away in a storm.
