Full Metal Jackrabbit not staying closed

Hello,

Just had a Full Metal Jackrabbit installed on my 06 Titan Crew Cab, but we are having an issue with it not staying closed, it sounds and feels like its locked in the closed position, but after driving it rolls up about 1/4 or 1/3 of the way, every time.

The installer is checking on the issue, they have looked at it twice, so far, its only my second day with it but it wont stay shut. Figured I would ask the masses.

Install looks good and appears correct, there is a definite locking sound when it closes, and feel secure. The only thing I can think is the flex of the bed as it goes down the road causes it to come loose.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry, not familiar with the locking system on it. But I'll give you a bump!
