Okay so I just bought a 2007 Nissan Titan SE 4 door. Thrilled with it. Love it... had them install a 6 inch pro comp stage 1 suspension lift with 33's on 18" rims that are almost 16inches wide... looks beautiful... Had the truck for 5 days, decided to test out the 4wd at the lake... Snapped a front CV axle on the drivers side. My fault... Got stuck in 4 wheel high and 3 tires spinning in soft dirt and one trying to pull me forward... Sounded like a fishing line right b4 it snaps you hear the "piiiiiiiing" then SNAP!! Anyways.. dealer part is $660 Anyone selling one? I can fix it myself just trying to find the part cheaper....
I tried to get the dealer to cover it under warranty... It only has 24,000 miles... No go... Said the lift voided the warranty... Quoted me at $900 to fix the whole thing...
Other than that the only other issue I have with the truck is my windshield wipers don't shoot fluid out... It has fluid in the tank.... Anyone else have that issue?
sounds like some one messed with the wiper cowl and forgot to plug the nozzles back in. just pop off your wiper arms and the cowl. And make sure everything is hooked up

I've been in the same boat as you. The new shaft only costs about $200-$250. Dealer tried to take me for a ride too on the outrageous price to fix it. Trying to see if you can't the axle through one of our site sponsors.
BTW, I'm pretty sure the 6" lift requires some sort of spacer on the CV's too. Maybe someone can confirm that.

The lift does NOT void the warranty!!!!! I went through the same BS with a dealer here for my Pinion Seal and I don't go to them anymore for any Service needs of any kind. First off, I called ProComp Tech Support, and they are awesome. Then I took it across town to another dealer who sells lifted Titans and they fixed under warranty, no problem.
